2. What issues do you help with?
I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, relationship concerns, life transitions, and emotional regulation challenges. I also support clients seeking personal growth, clarity, and improved coping skills.
3. How long are sessions and how often do we meet?
Sessions are typically 50 minutes. Most clients begin with weekly sessions, though frequency can be adjusted based on your needs and progress.

5. Do you accept insurance?
Yes. I currently accept Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS), Aetna, and Cigna. I am in the process of credentialing with UnitedHealthcare.
If I am out-of-network with your plan, I can provide a superbill for possible reimbursement. I recommend contacting your insurance provider to understand your specific benefits.

Yes. Your privacy is very important. Information shared in therapy is confidential, with a few legal exceptions, such as risk of harm to yourself or others, suspected abuse, or court orders.
